Product Description
AXXD06 single-axis capacitive acceleration sensor, using variable capacitive MEMS sensitive element. The sensing element consists of a very small inertial mass and a flexible element. Mass deflects under acceleration, and capacitance changes accordingly. The internal circuit of the sensor contains an AC excitation and modulation and demodulation circuit that outputs an analog output voltage signal proportional to the acceleration. The sensitive element and circuit are packaged inside the titanium alloy housing, and the output of the 1/4-28 4pin connector is isolated from the housing. It can withstand 10000g impact. This product is widely used in: road spectrum test, overload test, basic building structure test, low frequency test and so on.
