Product Description
AXXYEX three-axis capacitive acceleration sensor, using variable capacitive MEMS sensor. The sensing element consists of a very small inertial mass and a flexible element. Mass deflects under acceleration, and capacitance changes accordingly. The internal circuit of the sensor contains an AC excitation and modulation and demodulation circuit that outputs an analog output voltage signal proportional to the acceleration. The sensor and circuit are packaged inside the titanium alloy housing and output a choice of connected eight-core cable or 5/16-32 9pin connector, and the signal is isolated from the housing. This product is widely used in: road spectrum test, overload test, basic building structure test, low frequency test and so on.
